Rob Dial – How to stop holding yourself back and become the CEO of your life

Rob Dial started in sales at 19. By the age of 24 he was running his own multi-million dollar franchise with that company, and in those few years, he trained over 2000 sales reps. During this time, he worked hardest at helping his employees break free from their own limiting beliefs so that they could get out of their own way in order to be successful, and turned this into an actual teaching program. In 2015, he started his podcast, the ‘Mindset and Motivation’ which quickly became the number one motivational podcast on iTunes. In January  2017, he turned his focus to spreading his message across social media, and within 18 months had grown his Facebook following to over 1 million followers and racking up over 600 million views. He has coached college students, high-level CEOs of multi-million dollar companies, and NFL superstars. He grew up with an alcoholic father who eventually died from this disease. He struggled a lot but still managed to achieve the life he always wanted.

In January 2017, he turned his focus to spreading his message across social media, and within 18 months had grown his Facebook following to over 1 million followers and racking up over 600 million views between all of his social posts. He has coached college students, high level CEOs of multi-million dollar companies, and an NFL superstars. He is currently one of the most sought after speakers in personal development and is working towards impacting 10 million lives in 2019.
